To further optimize and develop our AI-driven HR solutions, we are seeking an experienced IT specialist with expertise in generative AI and HR technologies.

Role Overview

As a Technology Lead at MindFlutter, you will play a critical role in shaping the development and optimization of our AI-driven HR solutions, particularly in the realm of generative AI. You will work as part of the core team to design scalable, secure IT systems and guide the integration of cutting-edge AI technologies into our product suite. Your leadership will be key in driving innovation, ensuring the reliability of our systems, and contributing to strategic decision-making that enhances talent acquisition processes globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate as part of the core team and guide the development and optimization of generative AI solutions for international talent recruitment.
  • Work closely with technology partners to build and scale IT frastructure supporting our AIpowered HR solutions.
  • Design, manage, and optimize IT systems to ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of our AI models and related technologies.
  • Lead efforts to stay current with the latest advancements in AI and HR technologies, integrating cutting-edge developments into our systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for AI and IT-related matters across the firm
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making by offering insights into emerging AI and IT trends, particularly in the HR domain.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Specialization in generative AI technologies will be a strong plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in IT, focusing on AI technologies and HR solutions.
  • Proven track record in leading end-to-end software and website development projects, from planning to deployment.
  • Prior experience in building and scaling AI-driven solutions, preferably in the HR or talent acquisition domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT support staff.
  • Expertise in building scalable, secure, and robust IT infrastructures to support AI-driven applications.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing complex technology projects within budget and time constraints.
  • Capable of contributing to high-level strategic planning and decision-making, especially in the application of AI to HR technologies.
  • Strong understanding of international talent recruitment processes and the technology supporting them.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
